It's a simple & yummy treat!
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gms. (cut into 1.5 cm thick strips)
Corn Flour/Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Besan - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(Hing) - 1 pinch
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Water - As required
Salt to taste
Cooking Soda - 1 pinch
Method:
Note: Instead of paneer one can use any pakoda material.

It's a simple & yummy treat!

Corn Flour/Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Besan - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(Hing) - 1 pinch
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Water - As required

Cooking Soda - 1 pinch
Method:
Mix all the ingredients to form a semi-liquid batter(not too watery nor too thick). Dip Paneer strips in the batter & deep fry in hot oil till crisp; remove & drain on absorbent tissues. Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice.
